New Zealand will not be attending the Samsun Deaflympics

The Deaf Sports New Zealand Executive Board have made the decision not to send any athletes or delegates to the 2017 Deaflympics in Samsun. There have been several reasons behind this decision, including finance and security. We understand that some athletes may be disappointed with this decision. We have made this decision with the best interests of Deaf Sports New Zealand in mind.
